Telus Toll: Built 1970, 12 floors, 73m/240'. From Emporis: Floors one through eight have a floor to ceiling height of 18 feet, which was to accommodate telephone toll switching equipment. In 1979 the building was doubled in size by adding a second "half" to the building.
