Double decker DMU previously operated by the Swedish State Railways (SJ).
The Y3 class was constructed by Linke-Hofmann-Busch in 1964-67. The units were first used in the unelectrified services Stockholm – Mora and Malmö – Karlskrona. After 1982 they were transferred to Ystadbanan, where they remained in service until 1990. The trains were nicknamed Camels referring to the two “humps” on the roof.
