The BB201 locomotive is a diesel-electric locomotive owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia made by the General Motors Electro-Motive Division (GM-EMD) factory, United States with a DC-DC power transmission that was operated from 1964 to the early 2010s. This locomotive is the third model of diesel-electric locomotive operated by PT KAI after the CC200 and BB200. This locomotive is the younger sibling of the BB200 locomotive, which is also produced by the same factory.
