This is Building # 26 on your Tour Guide Map. The Hoffman Brothers Blacksmith Shop was the place to go to have your horses, oxen, burros, and mules shod. They also had the tools for all sorts of iron work, including repair of mining equipment, wagons and sleighs. - This historic town has been re-created by the South Park Historical Foundation in Fairplay Colorado using actual period buildings from the 1800s. Take your friends and family and spend an afternoon in this mining town in Old West. Every building contains original period furnishings and tools actually used by the people that pioneered and settled this rugged valley in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. -
