I never really liked the Intrepid's proportions, so I rearranged the parts to salvage what I could.
Mark Rademaker's "full circle" slipstream refit used Prometheus nacelles to great aesthetic effect:
I find they go well with the elongated Intrepid saucer, and prefer them to the original blocky units.
Also included is the Intrepid-derived Merian-class he designed (based on T. E. Williams' Quantum-
class USS Swiftwind 3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/model/d222f20ebaf4ffd8a3d5ec945a4fe17d), and
a Vulcan ring drive concept (inspired by https://startrekships.tumblr.com/image/126830322680).
