The church building was designed by the court Perisa Vukotića built in the period between the wars. It is located near the Billiard and the building of the Government House. It was built in the spirit of neo-Romanesque. Has a basement, ground and first floor. Covered by a hipped roof. The windows are composed of mind and Distyle triforium. The ground floor is built of stone. In the ground floor windows are circular. The building of the former ecclesiastical court is a valuable example of architecture of Cetinje and is used today for the Seminary.
