Included are Yoshi himself, of course in green, plus all the other modern Yoshi colors, unlocked only by purchasing both of MK8's DLC packs together. The original models are recycled in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on the Nintendo Switch, only there all the colors are available instantly.
Official brown and magenta colorations of the Yoshi species also exist, though Orange Yoshi has replaced Brown Yoshi beginning with Mario Tennis and the magenta coloration only exists as a Baby Yoshi.
Since MK8/MK8D lacked a Purple Yoshi, I modified the appropriate textures to create one, otherwise, none of this was made by me. Special thanks to the programmers at Nintendo for the original model itself and to Models Resource user Mystie for posting the original models at the website below.
