A classic piece of furniture. Every designer knows about it so I'll not develop here.

I simply went to Vitra website, downloaded their DWG model, cleaned it a bit ( btw I've converted the plastic shell to Thomthom SubD compliant quads so if you need more hi-poly shell, just crank up the subdivs ! ) and created several colored variations based on the real available colors.
The fabrics texture have been made with Allegorithmic Substance Designer from the original fabric textures.
Therefore it will spare some time to everyone wanting to quickly create an array of DAR in an interior scene.
