This is a model of the proposed new tottenham stadium, that will hold around 60,000. It will also include 500 new homes, a supermarket, a club museum and improvements to the surrounding area. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the region of £400m. One of the stands is a 63 row single tier, to emulate a "kop"-like stand, and supposedly increase the atmosphere.
