Ivo Hugh works on the Skarloey Railway. He is a newer engine of the fleet and relies on his knowledge and experience of the older engines to get the job done. He was originally named after the SKR's chief engineer and foreman, Mr. Ivo Hugh.
Ivo Hugh is based on a rebuilt Andrew Barclay 0-4-2WT of which Tom Rolt and three others are surviving examples.
