From aliexpress, they have plenty, but also 10 and 5 band versions too. 5 to 12 volts dc. The ground is just for noise elimination. It's a preamp. They work just as they should and I have several. You can build a standalone eq deck or put it in boombox or other units. Build one them old school booster ampifiers for cars. For cheap. Line level in and out, with JST jacks for cables. Eazy peezy...
