An adaptation of a community hall in Kemasik, Terengganu, East coast of W. Malaysia. Roof type is known as "bumbung panjang pisang sesikat." Made up of main house (rumah ibu) for family/living, verandah or serambi (for entertaining guests) and annexxe (bedrooms, kitchen). The owner may wish to add more buildings to suit the growing family's needs.
