By Using Plinth Headers as part of the border, the "frame" naturally projects forward to offer some relief to the facade.
Above the first floor windows, the bricks are arranged into a sort-of-not-really Flemish Garden Bond, however insetad of being three stretchers between each header, I've used two. The headers then project to further increase relief on the face of the building.
