This engine was the last evolution from the American Locomotive Works (ALCo), and found use in locomotives, marine and stationary applications. Two of these big engines power the NASA Crawler Transporter at Pad 59 at Cape Kennedy. While ALCo ceased operations many years ago, this engine was manufactured by Fairbanks Morse until recently. The model is fully solid and ready to 3D print.
