Rentarou Aijou is the male protagonist of the manga series The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You and its anime adaptation. He is a first-year high schooler who was rejected by 100 girls during his lifetime, and shortly after graduating middle school discovered that he was destined to meet and fall in love with 100 girls during his high school career. After discovering his feelings for all the girls who fall for him and realizing the fate in store if he doesn't accept them, he does everything in his power to ensure that he is the best boyfriend possible to all the girls that fall in love with him.
Rentarou can be described as intelligent, handsome, athletic, and possessed by an ungodly amount of affection for girls.
