Here are accurate models for all 7 types of Faswall wallform blocks. I used these models when designing my house, and it worked great. You can stack an exact replica then pull a block count for ordering; I estimated an overage of only 3% and that was plenty... I have a few left over.
I have a set of full models, plus a set of simplified models. When you stack 2,000 - 3,000 blocks, you'll appreciate using the simpler geometry for speed. In these models, the purple side of the blocks represents the notched side.
